We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at oneskinonetone@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without approval, as returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.
Damages or Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges:
The easiest way to get what you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
